We know that sometimes things don’t go as planned, so here’s our action plan for exchanges and returns at Blackstone Brazil. Rest assured, we’re here to make sure you’re 100% satisfied with your purchase!

MISSION: EXCHANGE

  1. Exchange for Regret
  • Deadline: The customer has up to 7 calendar days after receiving the product to request an exchange.
  • Conditions: The product must be unused, with tags and in the original packaging.
  • Costs: In this case, the shipping cost is split. The customer pays for shipping to our distribution center and we send back the desired product, paying for the reshipment.
  1. Exchange for Defects
  • Deadline: The deadline to request an exchange due to a defect is 30 days after receipt.
  • Conditions: The customer must report the defect by sending 3 photos of the product for evaluation.
  • Costs: Blackstone covers all shipping costs for exchange of defective products.

MISSION: RETURN

  1. Return due to Defect
  • Deadline: Similar to exchange due to defect, the return can be requested within 30 days after receipt.
  • Conditions: The product must be returned with all accessories and in the original packaging.
  • Refund: After confirmation of the defect, the refund is made, and Blackstone bears the shipping costs.
  1. Return due to Regret
  • Deadline: The customer has the right to cancel the purchase within 7 calendar days after receipt, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.
  • Conditions: The product must be in perfect condition, unused, and with all original labels and packaging.
  • Refund: After the returned product is received and inspected, the refund is processed, usually using the same payment method used to make the purchase.
